What do I do if I'm having problems printing my pass on your website?
After you’ve submitted your RSVP and you are confirmed for the event, you will be directed to the last page of the RSVP process to print your pass. If you are unable to print your pass from this page, you may print it from the confirmation email you’ll receive once your request has been approved.

Will a confirmation email displayed on a smart phone be accepted as a pass?
All patrons must print a physical copy of the pass for admittance. Please note that an image of the pass on a smart phone cannot be used in lieu of a printed pass.

Does a pass guarantee my admittance?
No. Advance movie screenings are frequently overbooked to ensure the theatre is full. Pass holders will be seated on a first-come, first-served basis until capacity is reached.

How early should I arrive to a movie screening?
We suggest you arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the screening.

Where should I go when I arrive at the theatre?
Please present your printed pass at the box office in order to receive your screening tickets. You must exchange the pass at the box office to be admitted to the screening.

Why do I need to show my ID to receive tickets to a movie screening?
We need to make sure registered guests are receiving their tickets and we need to verify age in accordance with the Motion Picture Association of America guidelines when necessary.

What is the maximum number of tickets I can request for a screening?
This will vary depending on the event however the RSVP form will clearly display the number of tickets available to each member.

Do all members of my party have to be Starpass members to attend the screening?
No they do not need to be Starpass members to attend screenings with you.
